Mirror question??

Hello.

Since Mr Gussetts in bed and calling him with a mirror question would resort in my untimely death and Im curious....I thought Id see if anyone here knows??

A guy I work with said the older cars that used to have visors had these round little mirror they mounted on there dash to see the reflection of the traffic lights so the visor didnt obstruct there view??? Anyone heard of this and if so what were they called? Tnx, RR[S

Model A's used a prism, I think Speedway has them.

They can be used in chopped vehicles to see the stop lights too.

could also probably just pick up one of those little stick on convex circle mirrors for towing and eliminate blind spots from walmart or whatever probably -- but the links to actual ones youre talking about.

Traffic viewer

They are called traffic viewers, Came out in the early 50s when visors were used alot. If my pics will load here it is I have an original one for sale $30 PM me if interested.I have one on my 31 model -a coupe and its helps alot.
