More questions Transmission this time

Hey Guys,
Can anyone tell me the best automatic transmission to put behind my 331 Hemi? I see that hot heads makes adapters. I'd like a trans that could take an aggressive shift kit and have an overdrive for the hwy.

700r4 is what I run behind my 392.
Had a friend do a performance build on it and have had no issues.
I run a 318 360 starter on the Hot Heads adapter. The starter is a factory and looks like a mini.
