Yes they do fit
Pontiac engines from 64 back are different from 65 and up. 64 back the starter bolted to the bell housing and the 65 up bolted to the block like a Chevy.

They are quite rare, only made in 1955, and maybe a wee bit into '56. Chrysler wanted to water down the Hemi making it lighter and cheaper. These early Poly's could be made back into Hemi's by adding domed pistons and Hemi heads.
