That pic reminds me of one of my sisters ex boyfriends. He was from Florida and had never saw a snowmobile until I pulled on mine. He insisted I gave him a ride. He was only wearing gym shorts. We hit triple digit speeds in no time. :D I have yet to see another man turn that shade of red lol

Buck twenty was the fastest I ever went but I had more cloths on. And not on the 500.

fastest I have ever been on a sled is 105mph and had throttle to go, wasn't my machine though. Not then anyway, is now. That is the stuck motor I been working on.

I also was wearing more clothes.

When my daughter was in college she ran her Monte at Mason Dixon Dragway in Hagerstown MD for a couple summers and there was a guy there that ran the quarter in the low nines with a sled on skates..........just plain scary to watch.

Last new sled I had was a 2000 Polaris 600. We raced it bone stock in the open class at White Horse and took 3rd. That was a 500 mile race and would have had 2nd, maybe first but my driver came in way too early on the first pit, didn't realize it was getting like 9 mpg. He was radaring 122 in the straights. We won 10,000 Canadian, which was around 7000 American dollars.
The 800s could pull us in the straights but were using twice as much fuel and needed more pit stops.

I was on a 600 Polaris "Indy" that had a few mods done to it. I think that sled was a 1997 model. Plus at that time (around 2000) I didn't weigh but about 150lbs.

I was on a Polaris Storm 800 that was bored to I don't know. Piped, jetted, all that good stuff. Studded track. Coming out of the hole it had so much acceleration it made me sick feeling.

We call that "feeling" bad @ss around here lol

Here ya go WB. (Photographer is a friend.) Not me or my sled but I'd wear the suit in this weather. :D
