I think some new laws took effect in Pa either this January or last where you had to register your modified car with all modifications, and those modifications were put into their computer. If an Officer stopped you he could look to make sure no more mods had been made, and if they had you could be fined.

Don, this is now a proposed law that hasn't taken effect yet. Hopefully it gets squashed. Imagine this. I have a 2007 Dodge Caliber. I now have to tell them that I changed the front grill. Then if I change the wheels I have to go have it inspected again and get the title certified for this again. Yes, it would apply to minor stuff such as this..
