Back in '88, there was a TV show called "High Risk". If you have Netflix, go to Reality TV Shows and find "High Risk", which is one of the last shows. Season 1, episode 5, you will see me stopping a suspected car thief. Turns out, it was a car repossession. I'm at the 9:00 mark with my partner, Bob Pryor. [P
