New guy from South Georgia!

Hey guys and gals! Hello from South Georgia! I'm new to this rat rodding deal and a buddy of mine introduced me a few weeks ago when he finished his car and I was bitten by the bug almost instantly! My other hobbies besides wanting to build my first rat are hunting, fishing and of course my kids!

Found this site after mulling over anything rat rod on the internet and this site appears to have a lot of good info for a newbie like myself. I will have tons of questions but probably not alot of answers LOL!

I am currently looking for a 1940-52 pick up that can be my first build but man down here in the south its all RUST RUST RUST or the folks that have them think they are made of gold but I'm still looking and I will find one!
