New Lights...

Picked up some nice 9" Chevy head lights off of eBay while I was in Russia,
just got back home and put them in place.
Amazing the change in the cars looks going from 7" seal beams to 9" old lights.
Glass is perfect, says Chevrolet on the glass, chrome is fair to good. $100.00, buy it now, no regrets....
I also located another tail light unit like I have on the '22 for a spare for $25.00.
Long distance parts shopping..... almost like Christmas when I get home
Now I need to make up my mind which head lights to use....

I think the big lights give it a cleaner look on the front.

I agree, the big ones look better. I was planning on using the big '27 Chevy lights on my T, and mocked it up that way, but because of the mounting position the smaller ones actually ended up looking cleaner. But I still like the big ones.

You did real good on the price, and you can buy kits to install halogen bulbs into them. The refector should be metal, so you can cut the appropriate hole into them. Also, you can have the reflector resilvered to make the lights even brighter. I just used metal polish on mine though, and they shined up ok.

Also, I have seen those taillights go for stupid money, you did good on it too.

Here are two pictures of mine, with big and regular lights. In the picture the big ones look better, but in person just the opposite.
