Hello,glad i found this site,just bought a 1949 Chevy Truck at an Auction...Looking for Ideas for lowering stock suspension....she has a six cyl..w a 4 speed ...going too swap meets for some old chrome for her..i will start by painting frame then new brakes,lines,hoses,drums too make her safe also new shackle kits...steering stuff, got a mag from Classic chevy parts.. the rest of her will stay unrestored patina look....lol pics will follow...as i get going.
