my name is ryan from fargo nd & I'm looking 2build my first rat rod this winter. looking for a free car or to purchace one @ a very low cost & I might have one on the hook, can't remember what it is but will check it out over the 4th. I want to do a low budget build & keep it simple. I have lots of tools & I do all work on my own. no extra $ goes to some joe schmo. I like cars & trucks & the woman yelled at me 2 day when I told her what I was going to build nxt. lol so there's alittle about me. is there certin years to stay away from? I'm lookin to do a truck maybe 30'- 40's. I alway try to keep a low budget but that never work. I have a $1,500 77 chevy truck that's got about $18k in it now (puting a 383 stroker in it nxt weekend) & a 01 z28 camaro that's got the engine sitting in the middle of the garage floor waiting for a few more grand in goodies. ohh and then there's the "**** box" I think its a 85 lebarron. can't afford to put new cv shafts in it cuz of my other toys lol. anyway I leave u with that. hope to get some good advice from this sight. have a good 4th if I don't get back till then
