Nos bottle

Does anybody remember the early 80's Easter egg purple (light purple) nos bottles? If I remember right they called them the cheater system. I can't seem to find no pictures, but a buddy seems to remember them too, or are we losing our minds?

I've always remembered ZEX nitrous systems for their purple bottles.

No these were a light purple like the pinkish purple plastic easter eggs. Maybe more pink then purple, now I'm talking 1979 to the early 80's then they came out blue.

been going through some old late 70's rags looking for a ad, can't believe how many old rags i got, a lot of easyriders to go along with hot rod, car craft, super chevy just to name a few. i guess i'm a pack rat.
