As most of you may know, the National STREET ROD Association changed last year and went from "pre 49 only" year cars to a sliding 30 year cutoff. In other words...for 2010..."ANY" 1980 and older car is accepted at registration. Basically all this boils down to is the almighty dollar. Get more cars so we can make more money.......personally I think it sucks...but I really don't have a say in it...so anyway, may I present photos of the "new" National Street Rod Association

And my most favorite of all of the cars there....a bone stock Pinto....yeah!

Sorry...more comments. This car may be on the "My Classic Car" show in July. He was interviewed by Dennis Gage at our show last year (Wheels of Time). I just thought it was cool he acknowledged our show on his display.

great shots going thru mine from yesterday looks like we got some of same shots.I to was wondering why there was so many street machines and gotta agree don't them there with the rods.

I think alot of the cars from the newer era suck, but maybe some of these people will be drawn into real cars. I say include them and maybe convert them to our way of thinking. I hate to say I sort of liked the '80? Malibu in its own way. Thanks for the pics , you took some good ones.

Thanks for all those great pics, a lot of really nice cars and looks like you took a nice crossection of them. I was planning on going to a unfinished show this morning but its been pouring rain all night and rain for today and its a bit of a drive so I didnt go, at least I got to see this show. Thanks.

Thanks for sharin your pics Ron. They were great! Sorry I couldn't make it this year. Looks a little more like a cruise than the Streetrod Nationals. I always knew that someone would show up with a Pinto! And I don't care what anyone says, a pinto is NOT a Streetrod! No matter what it has!!!!.CR

sorry to say this but i thought that lil honda n600 was one of the neatest pics, i cant beleive they fit that engine in there(albeit that engine is small)

Thanks for the photos RoddingRon. I think the Kassa coupe looks way better with the chrome 32 grille shell than with the Barris cyclops snout. Hey was that Pinto for sale?
