I've had this for awhile. I already know what it is but i thought I'd put it here to see if anyone else does. And has anyone seen one in action or have an idea of how to operate it? I think it'd be cool to see it work.

So far no winners. Good guesses though, I like the bug zapper idea but I'm a little worried if I need something that big to kill bugs. It'd be like the old black and white horror movies. I was just thinkin' (everyone duck and cover) if anyone gets it right I'll send 'em a prize. I got all sorts of cool junk (treasures to us rat rodders) layin' around. Sounds like fun to me and I'm the one who'll be losin' somethin'. What do you guys think?
