These don`t. Top blade is cut at an angle and both have a HSS edge in the blade. So, one side only.

So, as usual, this was a lot more work than expected.... but it`s finished.
The upper blade was sharpened. Some great mind cut round material so they had to grind off quiet a bit. Since it is razor sharp now I added a finger guard as I like mine full lenght.
The threadle was probably made by that very same person and found its way to the scrap bin. I made a new one which is adjustable like the factory one would have been. All thats left to do is adjust the blades. How cool are those tools...

nope, but these shears are really low. I think I`ll build some kind of frame with wheels for it. This thing sure has some weight to it...
