I am sure you are doing nothing wrong. The large photo's are from an image hosting site such as Photobucket. The thumbnails are most likely those pictures from the posters computer.

Photos posted from your own pc have a maximum size of 219kb, I believe. The pictures from a host site are not restricted by that maximum.

If you are posting from your own stored pictures make sure they are as close to the maximum as possible.

Hope this helps.

CR, If you happen to be running Microsoft XP there is a free download for resizing your pictures from Microsoft. But there should be a program on your computer that can resize photos. I think Paint might have it but I not sure. I'm using an old version of Adobe ProBusiness, only because I finally figured it out. (For the most part.) So I'm not up to speed on what the other programs can do. But, if you can use the XP version it's real easy. Google Microsoft XP Powertoys and you should see the Image Resizing download. I have all my pictures saved under Documents in my Pictures file. When I do use the XP program, I highlight the picture I want in 'Pictures', then go to 'File' in the upper left corner of the screen and click on it. The drop down menu appears, look for Image Resizer, click on it and pick Small, Med, or Large. (Med. generally will do it, the picture will fill the screen when posted.) The program will save the new resized image in 'Pictures'. Then it's just a matter of posting like you normally would. Sounds like a lot, but it's really not. If an old computer illiterate fossil like me can make it work, you stand a great chance of pulling it off.;)
