Don't really know if you would call it rat rod or not but it has some rat rodish accessories. The interior is all man cave, diamond plate countertops, diamond plate insert flat panel cabinet doors, corrugated pvc panels painted to look like galvanize on walls, and tons more. I had plans to make a shower out of a phone booth for it but now I want to sell it to get a CNC plasma table.

When I was a kid these or something similar were pretty plentiful in my neck of the woods.......usually made from an old hearse.

There's an old mid fifties ford shorty bus for sale about a 30 minute drive from my house i've got to go back and take a pic one of these days.When i saw it i thought man that would make a great rat rod motorhome.I can remember when i was a kid and my dad was part of a dance band they had an old bus with a hopped up 455 in it,always loved the rumble from those pipes.

Yeah, the shorty buses are pretty cool! This one is not exactly "Ratty" but it was very cool indeed............'30s Dodge Brothers..........Chevy dually chassis...big block and a tongue and groove wood interior with six orange hounds tooth captain's chairs. Owned by an older couple who said they have a blast traveling the show circuit with friends........had two other couples with them on this day

That is cool!
I am looking for ones with old truck front ends.
Was up in northern Minnesota about 4 years ago and saw a Diamond T truck with a camper conversion on the back of it. The camper conversion was sided with old barn steel (the corrugated steel). Unfortunately we did not have a camera with. That was the coolest motorhome I have ever seen.

That would look so much better with satin black paint and stock painted wheels.
