piston froze

i lost a head gasket in a motor that was sitting for a period of time, and one piston is rusted to clyinder walls. I need to break loose. any suggestion. cant take the motor apart till this one piston moves.

That is what I would try, I used it on a olds 350, and it worked for me....

Heat the top of the piston with a torch, this will make the piston expand. Put a little diesel fuel, PB Blaster or what ever over the piston after it cools and let it sit over night...Then beat the crap out of it.

YUP. if you can unhook the con rod and roll the crank away from it, then get a good hardwood drift, something out of an old pallet becuase they are often oak. It needs to be at least a 2x2 or beefier. Then get your best bfh and lay into it from the top. After ut has moved you can go in from the bottom and drive it up.
