Still working on the Ranger, got the tailgate off, both fiberglass stepside panels and inner wheel wells. Managed to hit the same thumb twice so far. That makes you break out in a sweat on a cold day.

How do you finish them? They appeared almost anodized in the initial pictures.

Well I'm in for a pre-supper snack, headed back out to spray polyurethane on some stair treads, then supper about 8:00 and if this thing ain't over by 9 or 10 Eastern time.........me and "The Cornbinder Kid" will head for the front of the pack again. [ddd

How do you finish them? They appeared almost anodized in the initial pictures.

I can't claim credit for the finish on those, I just cut them and he
finished them. He owns a body shop so I'd say some kind of auto
paint and maybe a little air brushing.

I'll paint these, put a little torch smoke finish on them and clear coat.

Well hang on Hank, it's about to take off! I did a 13 hour day on the Paradise Road project, had some supper and now I've got my dessert.....an A&W Cream Soda and a big spoonful of peanut butter...and I'm looking for a drafting partner. Looks like about 76 laps (posts) to go so I'm guessing about 30 minutes ought to do it.
