I sent it off to the next owner Monday night. I won't lie had 2nd thoughts when it got loaded up on the trailer. But, realistically it was the right move for where I am in life today.

Thank everyone for the support.

We've all been there....sometimes you overthink it to death....but if you have a gut instinct that it's the right thing to do, then it usually is....no mater what your head is telling you...I figure it's the Lords way of talking to you....or at least to me...it's when you don't follow it that you end up being mistaken...that's just my experience with things like that....hope things move ahead for you....keep a positive perspective....

No worries IR...I just sold off all of my 35 Ford tin I've been collecting for the last 5 years and my chopper project motor because I realistically have 4 other projects ahead of them... You did right

Sometimes our tastes or reality causes us to change direction and it's just time to move on. I bring a lot of crap home with big plans but after some tinkering and in depth evaluation decide it's just not happening, like the engineless 60 F100 I just sold yesterday. Other times I have had to buck up and decide I really needed to focus and get something finished without any expecting it would be worth my investment of time and $$ when done. It doesn't really sound like the car is that far away. I sure wouldn't bail out just because the turbo 400 isn't shifting right.
