So over a year ago my S10 Blazer was totaled so I started thinking I needed a Daily driver........ only 32K on the 2.8 v6 and ran 3700 pound blazer with no problems and got 20-23mpg sooooooooo onto what I picked up... I bought a 1960 Rambler Six Super 4door ( I like 4 doors) so to start I payed $450 for the car.... $34 for all the disk brake stuff at pull and save from a 74 Matador..... then $60 about 6 years ago for a 91 S10 Borg Warner 5 speed w/ 20K miles...... $97 for 8.8 97 Explorer 3.73 posi........ $8 for Fiero finned aluminum valve covers..... My Beautiful Wife got me Fender Skirts for the Ole Rambler we call "Beep Beep"....... As I ramble other things pop up..... Beep beep is 2700 pounds so I think I am off to a nice driver......I will actually try to post stuff on her and lots of pics....

Sounds like a good list of stuff to get that ol' Rambler rollin'.

You're gonna thank yourself for those Fiero valve covers on that 2.8. They supposedly seal WAY better than the factory stamped steel crap. :)

Keep us posted, I'll be interested to see where you take this!

Regards,
Shea:)

My 1st car, ( when I was 13 & bombing around the farm ) was a 60 Rambler stationwagon... I've often thought about getting another & fixing it up... your car brings back fond memories... thanks for posting
