Man, that kinda looks like me the other day, when a chihuahua barked at my bulldog. I only had him by one finger in his collar and when he went to the end of my arm, it stretched me out from bent over to prone thru the air. I landed on the ground, still hanging on to Buddy and being dragged across the grass. My friend Alan grabbed a hold too and we both had a little tussle until Buddy quit pulling. I don't think mine is nearly as big as the dog in this GIF....
