my parents drove this van when they retraced the oregon trail back in the early 70's. the quarter scale conestoga and cabin and tee-pee were built by my old man. and of course the van was filled with other quarter scale models as well. they called the van louie. at one point louie threw a piston and my dad rebuilt the whole damn thing sitting in the city park of some town along the way. pretty cool old shot, thought i would share with you guys.

Kinda looks like Nebraska... any idea? Looks like they had a cool mural painted on there too. Neat stuff!
