I kept looking at the picture and thinking it looks like the "fenders" are bolted to the tire, but it's obviously an optical illusion in the photo. Then I looked a little further down and saw the actual tire and realized the tires I was seeing are the actual fenders! That whole rear end, spring, exhaust, "fenders" etc is really awesome.
