Pretty solid looking body to be called rusty car. No missing pieces, way to consistent to be natural

Does sandblasting off the paint and covering the top 1/2 of the body with brown primer now classify something as being a rusty car?

Rust should be earned, not painted on.

Maybe a Nomad but the B pillar looks too vertical. Maybe AI generated. I looked up RUST magazine and it appears to be an arty/car/culture digital mag from California. However that image was created I like it a lot.
