I realized i have to move my steering tie rod in front of my axle to work with my airbags. Now I thought I heard someone ask this before but can you flip the original spindles right to left and left to right to move the tie rod up front?

I think they are identical as long as you don't flip them upside down??

I know i will have to adjust for akerman.

Akerman can be adjusted with the steering arms. Take a string from the centre of your rear diff, and run it through the centre of your kingpin. Your arms should be on this line. So you can picture they will be closer behind the axle and further apart in front. You just have to keep in mind your tire clearances. It doesn't have to be perfect but the closer the less tire scrub in corners and better maneuverability at lowe speeds.

Yep, they are identical, except the arms are pointed to the rear as designed. You can flip them side to side and heat and bend the arms outward, as the guys mentioned, to get some of the Aackerman back.
