Trick Tools http://www.tricktools.com/ carries both the automotive flare and the aircraft flare dies. Also there is just a flare die (hole already drilled) and the punch and flare set (punches the hole and flares all in one step). You can lighten and strengthen panels with the flared hole. Looks cool too!
