I just keep wondering if that left rear tire ever took all the hide off your elbow?
I do like the car a lot but every time I look at it that's the first thought into my brain.

No, and hopefully it never will. I have thought about that, and kind of tested the situation.
You would have to turn your body with elbow extended over the side to make contact.
It is possible though. Manual arm turn signals for left and right turns will be done.
Luckily I won't have to use the manual "stop" arm signal, that one would worry me.
