I'm lucky enough to have an old timer here that punches beautiful half-round early style louvers - for 25 cents each!

The guy who taught him how to do them (and eventually left him his equipment) always did them for a quarter each, and Dan promised him he would never charge any more than that. He has kept his word all these years. Too cool!
