RPU out of a 40's PU cab?

Has anyone pulled off a good looking RPU using a 40's PU cab? I kicked the idea around and it seems to me the body would need sectioned and narrowed quite a bit to look right. If anyone has one or has seen one done post up pics -Thanks Charlie
