Running Lights

Ive looked around but had no luck finding these...
Anyone know where I can find the running lights that go on the top of the roof on a 42 Dodge pickup cab?

One of mine is missing and I dont know if the other one will work so I was just wanting replacements..

Chances are good you might find something similar in the accesories area at your local long-haul truck stop. Can't hurt to give it a try!
