That would be my guess. That pic is from a book I have named "The Birth Of Hot Rodding". All the photos in it are from the 40's and 50's.

Ardun Belly Tank

Here is a nice looking Ardun ford in a belly tank.

That's what I was thinking also.
They used to make a lot of smaller drums, in the 25 to 30 gallon range
for heavy oils and lubes, in the "good old days". '22

Gene Winfield's new car

I was at a top chopping school of Gene's right before Bonneville last year. 7532 stands for 75th anniversary of the 32. The amazing thing is gene drives the car and he is in his late 70's. He will be having another school in Midland ,texas later in the year. I'll post it when it comes around. gene showed me pictures he had taken of this car and it is amazing. He built most of the car also.
