Simple truss deflection

Can anyone tell me the calculations (or formular) for deflection of a simple ladder truss

1500mm long (5 feet)
Top & bottom chords 25 x 25 x 3mm (1"x!' x 1/8")
Chords spaced 25mm apart (1")
small riser 25 x 25 x25 x 3mm at 100mm spacings (1"x1"x1")
load 188kg midway along top chord

trouble is I speak English and I don't know this language,

what do the symbols represent?

I suppose it might be quicker & easier to just weld up a truss and test it out
