thanks guys im spending way too much time on the interior but when im done it should have more modifications than a porn star and its been c sectioned more times than my mom..[;)

Trick wilwood setup that hides the master cylinders under the gas tank, we cut out the gas tank and made it so its just a cover you can take off like your popping the hood on your car if you were to ever need to tighten trans lines or charge your battery, we are putting the battery up under here as well. Steering and suspension is done, i still need to make a back pan hard bar but its a FULL ROLLER now almost ready to tear apart and paint everything before final assembly

Is that really all there is to that front crossmember? Sketchy...

It gets another piece of 3/8 plate added to the bottom of all of it once the car is taken apart and frame flipped over for all the welding before the real engine and trans goes in...it also has no pan hard bar on rear end in case anyone happens to notice that... this car is still being built all those pics are coming in a few weeks when we tear it apart though
also the engine mounts are not done they too will get top plates on them to tie them together and go down to the frame if anyone noticed those as well...

Updates.. Gas fill flushed into the top of the car
32 front head lights grille and insert
steering done its a reversed corvair box
windshield is in and tilts out
50 pontiac tail lights in back
Its finally ready to tear a part and do all final welding and body work
paint and clear everything and put it back together..

You have a couple of engineering issues going on here. Not trying to bag on your build because I love how it looks overall. The first is how long of a drop you have on the tie rod end. That is going to flex huge and probably bend the arms or break the bolt off. Second is the short "truck arm" suspension in the rear is going to give you massive amounts of pinion angle change over bumps. And the rear shock lower mount should be closer to the axle so the truck arm is 90 deg from the shock. Like I said the overall look is killer. Just want to see it driveable and not have anyone injured.

I have built this same car this same way 5 times now and never had any problems.. I guess when i drive it we will see..i anticipate though the first drive will go like the other 4 did

http://youtu.be/iMEpIOnvwH8

above is the first one i built and a video of us cruising the car that was 4 or 5 years ago its still the same way.. nothing ever broke however we did find angling the coil overs in caused problems at high interstate speeds.. You are right that massive pinion angles would happen if there was a lot of axle travel but over all the car is setup with stiffer coil overs to accommodate for the low stance to prevent bottoming out but also doesnt allow much travel just a little give.. Over all the rear suspension works like this great but again, we will see with the first driving video in a few weeks

Here are the updates on Harley Quinn Coupe.. ITS VERY DIRTY!!!!!
She has been sitting in the shop for over a month with no bath but we will have a photo shoot in a week or 2 and it till be clean! Hopefully we are driving it next weekend, Its Black Cherry red with black cherry candy red sprayed over all the interior that was air brushed what do ya guys think? Everything is one off.. All hand fabricated interior and frame.. It took Daryl and i 3 months to build it.
