Sorta cool reflector

These are on both of the back sides of the bed on the 39....I think I will leave them on, but was wondering if anyone knows if they were from the factory or added later?

I have seen that kind before. you could turn it into an LED tail lamp

39 what? and what kind of bed? They might have been stock on some sort of stake bed but probably not on, say, a 39 Ford pickup. Still cool nonetheless.

I would think it would have been an early aftermarket accessory.

I saw a pair of those for sale on another site and according to the seller they were after market.

I remember those types of reflectors on road signs, and some farm equipment years ago. Long time before reflective tape.
