Spokane Goodguys Photos Day 2

Didn't take as many pics today...lots and lots of people..hard to get good shots. Met Caddad65 and his family. Nice to meet folks from the triple R face to face.

The green 41 Ford with the carson top was built in 1974 and was for sale for a cool 18k.

And for the first time I won a prize in the drawing. It was the second day so all of the really good stuff was gone, but I was able to pick a $200.00 gift certificate to LMC truck. Now I can replace the wood in the bed of my 64 GMC, which is suffering from dry rot.

It was quite hot today for these parts. Around 100 and felt like 120 on the asphalt paths. But for all you in the Midwest and Atlantic coast areas the humidity was a mere 15%. The downside is that forest fire danger increases greatly.

The rear suspension on the truck in the first pic is kinda cool. It like a circle track car that can be adjusted.

Great pics Steve, I will post some when a friend sends them to me. He took 363 pics on saturday. I also met Caddad65 and his family, his 2 girls climbed all over the front of my ford ( what a great thing to be able to not worry about Kids hurting my truck hehehe). This had to have been the best Spokane show ever. I was up at 5am and got to goodguys little after 6am and Steve ( Cycledog) was already there, then after the goodguys slowed down at 5pm a friend and I went to a cool small show thats called "Cops for Kids" from 7pm to midnight. Ran into Oliver ( Onequick26 ) and BSed for a lil while. On the way Home the friend with his 68 chevy pu had no tailights so I followed him @ 1am and we were about 1.5 blocks from his house with me running Hazards and Mr Cheney police couldnt figure out that that the hazards were for him not havin tailights and pulled us over, the second Police officer came up and scared the crap outta me and it was a local that I knew so they said "GET THAT THIG HOME" I told them we were trying till they had to stop us. So a great time was had by Us here in the lil town of Cheney and it was Gret meeting Steve and Mrs Steve, Oliver and Caddad65
