1946 front Ford spring hung on S10 rear. Welded crossmember to frame(not just rivited). Gusseted underneath crossmember and braced diagonally to frame.

Looks like a nice solid Model A. Hope you keep it traditional style including fenders. What are your plans for motor and trans? How much are you going to chop it??LOL:D That's just a hint to what I like, maybe 3"??. Keep us posted on this build please.
 
Kool car I agree with Fuzz. I could be wrong, (I usually am) but I don't know if that stamped crossmember will carry the load that way. Looks like it may twist. Love the detail, workmanship tho. I would keep an eye on it. My 2 pennies.
 
You have TWO Model A coupe projects??? I'm jealous..but you're my new hero!![cl I can't wait to see both build threads. Think I'll sit right here and watch while you build em[P
