So my drag link is about 3-4" taller in the back because my pitman has to be on top. Any way to reverse a 60-66 chevy box with out doin a reverse job on it? Reversing it like a corvair would make the pit man an the wrong side

Mount an idler arm somewhere between the steering box and the steering arm on the spindle, making your drag link a two piece unit. Keep the front part parralell to the radius rod and the back part can be set up at an angle to the steering box...:D

Never thought of that

I was thinking about a bell crank set up and putting the pitman on bottom but I see your way to look better. Only problem is it move the drag pivot forwards . Right now it's 1 maybe 2 inches from being right over the radius arm pivot. Once moved about a foot or more forwards I'd be back to worrying about bump steer.
