Stuck spring perch?

Hey I have a Model A Axle and one of the spring perches is stuck. I have tried a few different things. I heated the axle and then trided to drive it out, no luck. I have soaked it with wd 40 and other type lubes, no luck. It is stuck real good, any ideas?

I've used our hydraulic press to push them out. Takes a little rigging to get it blocked up so it will push through, but once you get that done it comes out pretty easily, usually.
