It's actually mounted to the floor.

I have a spare tailgate I plan on building a bench with. The bench will be wood though, with exception of the tailgate.

There is a small truck stop in South AL close to the FL line on I10 that the restaurant has several of those like the wall mounted one as tables. It's a cool place, they have half a school bus as a room divider. I had some pics of it, but lost them when my other computer crashed.....
