Extremely cool what you are able to do with simple tools. Do you anneal the aluminum?

Very cool process to get what you needed. Remember before all these wonderful tools were made somebody made things by hand. Takes endurance, perseverance, thinking and lots of time. Blacksmiths and coach builders used everything that worked to do their craft. Making the needed tools is a must. GREAT JOB! Steve[cl

aluminum is much easier to work with I prefer steel. I am making an attempt at building a steel grill. I hope to be as successful as you
