I have said in past build threads, if people do the things I do they will have mixed results, because I make stuff up as I go. I bend the rules when it comes to fabrication. Not bracing was not my preference, but the easy way to get what I wanted. When I set it back together I chased an 1/8 of an inch for an hour before finally clamping everything down to weld. I also slipped some heavy 1 1/2 square tube inside the body bracing under the cab, and lined everything up. Also, the cab is wedge shaped, which means the further I stretch it, the wider it should get at the back. Being lazy, and not wanting the cab any wider, I decided to pinch the front instead. When I channeled the front section, the floor was cut enough to squeeze the front to a new angle. The door fits great, so I feel like I am on the right track.

You know I gotta throw in some art work into this build.
