unfortunately -- in my yard -- "wire and fire" means...
I was running the engine in the '63 comet off a temproary 1/2 gallon gas can sitting next to the spark plug wires and WHADYA KNOW --Poof!
burnt some wires (and my yard) and some of my neighbors who happened to notice, about had a stroke laffing. one of those "1 step ahead, 5 steps back" days
wont do that again -- until next time.
but I got lucky, paint is fine, and no big harm done- if the generator is shot , I'll go a 1 wire alternator -- the generator does look rather "crisp" =)
in another story --guess why I now mostly MIG weld outside.... a rattle can of paint has thin walls and a big spark can penetrate and turn the leak into a blowtorch!
sigh.
and no alcohol or other intoxicants involved!

A super looking coupe inside and outside. I mean the inside of the car and the outside of the car, not inside the building and outside the building. Although that is true too. Magnus did a great job on the office. I mean the inside of the car...

Thanx Peacher, Got the handle DA34GUY years ago (probably 15 or so) when I had 34 cars.
Da32guy would also work now, as I've built 32, 32's in the last 6 years.
