I think they just price them outrageously in hopes that some fool will bite.

Those REO headlights are really cool!

IMO the level of detail on that car is what separates a car that brings low bucks and one that brings big bucks. Looking through the photos again carefully, there are a lot of really cool and well thought out details on the car. The front wheel nuts, for instance.
