Friend of mine's rental house, has a crazy violent weirdo to evict. I have to meet with the sheriff at 8 this morning to go give him the boot. I already had the cops there a couple months ago to get the owners 69 Z28 from an out building. The guy is a screaming cursing lunatic who has never paid rent. Should be fun.

It actually went well. The crazy guy had just left and his wife and 2 teenage kids were just leaving. The house is still full. I changed locks and secured the house. Now they are trespassing if they come back. They will have to bring the Sheriff and a moving truck, be given 2 hours to clean out the house.

Good that it went without incident. Think they will come back for their stuff? Usually it's a bunch of junk, at least from what I've seen from some friends that have rentals.

Furniture, couch, ed frames & dressers, entertainment center, china cupboard, oak tables, Ludwig drum set. Not bad stuff really.
