This is in Mexico. This guy has a voice fit for the dead. He built a remote control motorcycle (with training wheels) with a skeleton riding on it. It has a speaker and the jaw moves. I got a big kick out of it.

Mexicans seem to have a brutal sense of humor. Don't know if it is still on but if you have ever watched Mexican Candid Camera you know exactly what i mean. For instance a blind guy in a white suit and dark glasses with a white cane makes his way into a busy restaurant where his for pretend wife is at a table in the back with her pretend lover. He calls out something to the effect of "i know your are in here Maria you cheating whore!" He then pulls out a pistol (blanks) and starts shooting wildly (he's blind remember) Lawyers and lawsuits must be a lots less common in Mexico. You could not pull a prank like that here.
