too good to be true?

A pair of these (including shipping) would run me about $260....well, plus whatever customs might charge. which is about half of every other option I've found...including buying locally. Are these too good to be true?! Or should I bite the bullet and order a pair? I've decided that with road conditions up here lowering the car too much isn't really a smart idea, and she rides pretty low as it is (she's pretty much empty, so will drop a bit once everything is back in)....If I wanted to I could always block the back end further down the road...
