I bought this set of GM performance parts square port aluminum heads off a buddy of mine several years ago, new in the boxes..Planned on putting them on the 468 in my 82 Chevy truck but never did, I had bought a new oval port Edelbrock RPM airgap intake for the truck motor and just hated to buy another intake for the square ports..LOL plus new head bolts etc...Actually traded some CNC programming time for them, zero cash outlay..

Anyway, last night I traded them back to him for a new turbo 350 tranny with shift kit, a Hurst quarter stick shifter, and Edlebrock RPM cam and lifters for my 350, a small block Pete Jackson gear drive setup, chrome timing cover, a complete HEI with new accel super coil and Taylor wires, a set of Comp Cams hardened pushrods and a like new 17hp Ariens ZTR1742 zero turn riding mower..I couldn't be happier..

I'm getting ready to start building something..LOL

trades are always fun, sounds like ya came out good.
350 motor in a Ariens mower, beef up the wheels a little, should be a interesting build. [;)

LOL..I wondered if anybody would try to put the two together..does sound like something I might have tried..[;)[;)

Something like that turbine powered Dixie Chopper from "Home Improvement" years ago..LOL

I guess I need to take pics and start a build thread, but it might be the slowest moving in history.. I've started cutting my 2x4 tubing for the frame, got most of front axle mocked up, mostly little things

Made a deal last night on a 48 Ford cab and doors..Solid floors ,roof and doors are very straight, little bit of rust in the bottom of the doors, but not bad..It'll be a week or two before i pick it up, but I'll post pics when i get it home..[cl:D:D
