The starlitegarage.com decal in the back window makes me think they built it.
There's another company that does conversions, (or used to), and called them Centurions. You get a C150, C250, or C350. I've seen a few of them around, and I always wondered if they were made by Ford in Mexico. Evidently not. Ford did make some interesting ones down that way though. Do a search for Ford B100 or Ford B150, and you'll find some cool stuff made in Brazil or Argentina.

Ford would send their old stamps and dies to other countries and they would mix and match them. So the 61-66 Ford truck style might appear in Mexico as a 67. Also there were different versions, like the one above, available in other countries, but not the US.
