Tomorrows the big day! Im pretty stoked! Will get picks of the car on Sunday. Gonna be traveling all day Saturday. Yeehaw! Ill try to nab some pics of the shop Im going to also if theres anything interesting. Ace customs in southern central IL.

Those are neat cars. I have the '42 Chevy Fleetline aerosedan, it was a $400 car that came with a parts car that I am also building eventually. That orange one in the pics has a '42 grille. I have a '57 Chev that I have had for 20 years and I like my '42 a lot more than the '57. The '42 gets more looks and most older guys don't even know what it is . Post pics when you get it, you will love the old Chevy. Good luck and hope you and the family have fun with it.

Wow how time flies. I got the thing home safetly but barely. Every single tie down strap broke on us. We ended up making the last 200 miles with one chain and comealong on front and one on back. The car needs alot of work but thats fine by me. Ill get pics up soon. I took some but theyre still in the camera.
