I came across a gentleman that builds/produces V8 Rings. The small block Chevy with the the two four barrel Edelbrock carbs and headers caught my eye. Long story short, my wife bought it for me. Woo Hoo!!:D

I like it, now where do we get ours ?

David Kauffung is the jewellers name, he's out of Ohio. Real nice guy. If you Email him he'll send you pictures of what he makes. Here's a few he has, his hand, not mine.:D Small block, big block, Chev, Ford and Mopar. He was in the JEGS Engine Challenge with a chev 305 that kicked out 400 + something hp. A write up in some magazine on the contest mentioned him and the engine. Also had a bit about him being a jeweller and the rings he makes. I contacted him and it all went from there.:)

It varies on which one your looking at. Also makes a difference if you go with gold or brass extras, or stay with the sterling silver for the whole thing. He has a lot of variations, even a "W" block chevy. Last I talked to him he didn't have a flathead or nailhead.....yet. I went with brass tappet covers mainly because of the wear. Gold is so soft it wouldn't take long to have the corners and details worn down, brass being much harder, and affordable.;)
